Habitat
Pengullet is passive and will flee when it sees the player, though it will fight back when attacked. Pengullet is found primarily in low-level areas like the Windswept Hills, the Sea Breeze Archipelago, and the Forgotten Island. It can also be found in the southern reaches of the Astral Mountains.
