Foxcicle can be found in the Frostbound Mountains. Foxcicle is passive and will flee when it sees the player, though it will fight back when attacked.

Foxcicle (Japanese: フブキツネ Fubukitsune) is an Ice element Pal. Foxcicle is a small, vulpine Pal with predominantly white fur and pale blue fur on its feet and head. It also has two lengthy tufts of hair with teal highlights hanging from its head, long ears, and three fluffy tails.
