Vanwyrm
The melodies of a flute made from the exoskeleton of a Vanwyrm are said to cross whole mountain ranges. In ages past, such flutes were used to signal an attack.

Habitat
Vanwyrm can be found in the southwestern part of the Bamboo Groves, on Mount Obsidian, and on Feybreak in the Scorched Ashland, the Withered Seaside, and the Deserted Ash Plateau. It typically spawns in pairs. Vanwyrm is aggressive and will attack the player on sight. Additionally, as it is a Dark-element Pal, it does not sleep at night.

Overview
Vanwyrm (Japanese: カバネドリ Kabanedori) is a Fire / Dark-element Pal. Vanwyrm is an avian Pal with a predominantly black body and red highlights on its wings, chest, and tail. Its head is grey and has four horns on it and it has a row of grey spikes on its back flanked by smaller black spikes.
