The melodies of a flute made from an exoskeleton of a Vanwyrm Cryst are said to cross whole mountains ranges. In ages past, such flutes where used to signal victory in battle.

Habitat

Vanwyrm Cryst is primarily found in the Astral Mountains and on Feybreak in the Scorched Ashland, the Withered Seaside, and the Deserted Ash Plateau at night. It can also be found in the Frostbound Mountains at both day and night. Vanwyrm Cryst is aggressive and will attack the player on sight. Additionally, as it is a Dark-element Pal, it does not sleep at night.

Overview

Vanwyrm Cryst (Japanese: シロカバネ Shirokabane) is the Ice / -element subspecies of . Vanwyrm Cryst is largely identical to the regular Vanwyrm, except for the fact that it has a predominantly bluish-white body with darker blue legs and yellow feet. It also has icy highlights on its head, wings, chest, and tail as well as icy spikes on its back.
